Getting into the car without hurting it
Modern cars are built to keep people out, which is the point. We open them with tools made for the job, from the door, without forcing anything. On most cars it takes a few minutes once we are there.
If the key is in the trunk, locked in a second car, or simply gone, we can usually solve that on the same visit. A missing key turns this into a car key job, and the van carries what it needs for that too.
