Brisbane: a small town, a big business park, one van for both

Brisbane is two places. The town on the hill, with its houses and its one main street, and the office parks and warehouses along the freeway and the lagoon. We cover both, and it is a short drive from our side of San Francisco.

Offices, warehouses and the vehicles outside them

The business side of Brisbane calls us for the things businesses need: a suite rekeyed when a tenant changes, a panic bar that stopped latching, a keypad on a door that too many people have a key to, and keys for the vans and trucks parked outside. We make vehicle keys at the lot, for most makes, including when the only key is gone.

Up the hill

The homes in Brisbane sit on steep streets with steep driveways, and the calls are what a house makes: a front door that closed behind someone, a bedroom lock in a shared house, a rekey after a sale. We open without damage and replace or rekey on the spot.

How the price works

Brisbane is a short drive for us, so the usual rules apply: free on-site estimate on most jobs, price at the door before work.

Free on-site estimate on most jobs, and the final price is said before any work starts. You can still say no.

Questions from Brisbane

Do you come to the business parks by the lagoon?
Yes. Tell us the building and the suite, and we come to the door or the lot.
Can you rekey an office after hours?
Yes. We work 24 hours, so it can happen when the office is empty.
The truck belongs to the company, not to me. Does that matter?
Yes, once we see the registration or a note from the company.
How fast to a house on the hill?
Brisbane is close to our home base, so usually fast. You get a real time on the phone.

Locked out in Brisbane, at the office or at home?

Call. It is a short drive for the van.
